PVFD, INC. PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE FIRE AND RESCUE TO SOUTHERN DURHAM COUNTY AND TO PORTIONS OF CHATHAM COUNTY. THE DEPARTMENT ALSO PROVIDED MUTUAL AID TO REMAINDER OF DURHAM COUNTY. THIS AREA HAS ASSESSED PROPERTY VALUATION EXCEEDING $1 BILLION.
