PROGRAMS FOCUSED ON PREPARING YOUNG CHILDREN FOR SCHOOL AND UPON STRENGTHENING FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION AND SUPPORT AND VIA COLLABORATIVE COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS.
