CONSISTENT WITH THE ORGANIZATION'S EXEMPT PURPOSE, COMMUNITY GENERAL HEALTH PARTNERS, INC (CGHP) PROMOTED THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE COMMUNITY IN WHICH THE ORGANIZATION OPERATED, SERVING ALL MEMBERS OF THE COMMUNITY REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY. IN JANUARY 2021, CGHP CONVERTED TO A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY WHOLLY OWNED BY NOVANT HEALTH, INC., A TAX-EXEMPT HEALTHCARE ORGANIZATION, AND ALL CONTINUING OPERATIONS ARE REPORTED ON THE NOVANT HEALTH, INC.'S FORM 990.
