THE ORGANIZATION ACHIEVES ITS MISSION BY CONDUCTING A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS, SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY WITH A PRIMARY FOCUS ON THE NEEDS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS. THE YWCA CONCENTRATES IT'S ACTIVITIES AROUND FOUR THEMES - RACIAL JUSTICE, YOUTH DEVELOPMENT, ECONOMIC ADVANCEMENT, AND HEALTH AND WELLNESS. OVER 1,000 CHILDREN AND ADULTS PARTICIPATE IN GROUP OR PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS AT THE YWCA POOL. ADDITIONALLY, THE YWCA PROVIDES CHILDCARE SERVICES TO THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
