CAMPING AND ACTIVITIES: MANY PROGRAMS ARE OFFERED BY BSA TO PROMOTE LEADERSHIP AND COOPERATIVE SKILLS TO THE MEMBERS OF THE TUSCARORA COUNCIL OF THE BOY SCOUTS OF AMERICA.AMONG THE 2021 HIGHLIGHTS WERE THE FOLLOWING: FOR THE COUNCIL MEMBERSHIP, 1,927 WERE REGISTERED YOUTH. THE COUNCIL ALSO BENEFITS FROM NEARLY 1,200 REGISTERED ADULT VOLUNTEERS. FOR 2021, 61 YOUTH EARNED THE RANK OF EAGLE SCOUT, 459 ADVANCED IN RANK, 2,542 MERIT BADGES WERE EARNED.
