TO DO OR ENGAGE IN ANY ACT, THING, OR ENTERPRISE, WHICH IN THE OPINION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS, SHALL BENEFIT THE CORPORATION. TO OPERATE ON A NOT-FOR-PROFIT BASIS, WITHIN THE MEANING OF SECTION 501 C (6) OF INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND TO EXERCISE SUCH POWERS AS ARE PERMITTED TO CORPORATIONS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 31 ARTICLE 1, SECTION 8 OF THE CODE OF WEST VIRGINIA AS AMENDED AND TO TRANSACT ANY LAWFUL BUSINESS FOR WHICH CORPORATIONS MAY BE INCORPORATED IN WEST VIRGINIA.
