TO RAISE FUNDS ON BEHALF OF, AND CONTRIBUTE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO, MISSION REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, A TEXAS NON-PROFIT CORPORATION CREATED TO SERVE THE PUBLIC LOCATED IN HIDALGO COUNTY AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES. BY MEANS OF ITS SUPPORT OF MISSION REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER, THE ORGANIZATION ASSISTS MRMC IN ITS PROMOTION OF THE HEALTH OF THE RESIDENTS OF HIDALGO COUNTY, TEXAS AND SURROUNDING COUNTIES, IN AN APPROPRIATE MANNER AND IN COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE FEDERAL AND STATE LAWS.
