LEADERSHIP FAIRFAX PROGRAM- LFI'S SIGNATURE PROGRAM IS AN ANNUAL 10-MONTH COMMUNITY LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM, AIMED AT SENIOR LEADERS FROM BUSINESS, GOVERNMENT AND THE NON-PROFIT SECTORS, DEVOTED TO EDUCATING, TRAINING AND CULTIVATING A SPIRIT OF COMMUNITY TRUSTEESHIP AMONG THE PARTICIPANTS.
EMERGING LEADERSHIP INSTITUTE: THE EMERGING LEADERS INSTITUTE IS AN ANNUAL 10 MONTH PROGRAM FOR DEVELOPING LEADERS CENTERED AROUND SKILL BUILDING, MENTORING AND COACHING, AND WORKING ON A SKILLS-BASED COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT FOR A LOCAL NON-PROFIT.
