AS AN EXTENSION OF ITS WORK TO PROMOTE THE PRACTICE AND SKILLS OF CIVIL DISCOURSE IN OUR COMMUNITY, THE RICHMOND FORUM ALSO SUPPORTS SPEECH AND DEBATE PROGRAMS IN THE REGION'S PUBLIC SCHOOLS THROUGH FINANCIAL GRANTS AND OTHER SUPPORT.
