PROVIDING MULTIFACETED SYSTEMS OF SUPPORT SERVICES FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS AND GRANDPARENTS OR OLDER INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE RELATIVE CAREGIVERS (TITLE III, PART E).


NUTRITION SERVICES INCLUDING NUTRITIOUS MEALS, NUTRITION EDUCATION AND OTHER APPROPRIATE NUTRITION SERVICES FOR OLDER AMERICANS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN HEALTH, INDEPENDENCE AND QUALITY OF LIFE.
