THE ORGANIZATION SUCCESSFULLY MANAGED ROAD MAINTENANCE, SNOW REMOVAL, AND ITS RESPONSIBILITIES AS A SANITARY DISTRICT IN WARREN COUNTY, VIRGINIA, INSOFAR AS ITS LAKE AND DAM SYSTEM IS CONCERNED.
