LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS - LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO DEVELOP THE POTENTIAL OF WOMEN IN THE LEAGUE. THESE PROGRAMS ARE COMPRISED OF ONGOING TRAINING AND EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES IN LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT AND SKILLS CRITICAL TO A LEADERSHIP POSITION.


THE JUNIOR LEAGUE OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA (JLNV) IS AN ORGANIZATION OF WOMEN WITH 140 ACTIVE AND 151 SUSTAINING MEMBERS. THE JLNV FOCUSES ON PREPARING CHILDREN FOR SUCCESS BY CREATING COMMUNITY PARTNERSHIPS, IMPLEMENTING LOCAL PROGRAMS AND PROVIDING FUNDING. THESE LOCAL PROGRAMS ADDRESS CHILDREN'S PHYSICAL, EDUCATIONAL, AND EMOTIONAL WELL BEING.
