AS A COMMUNITY NOT-FOR-PROFIT HOSPITAL IN RICHMOND, RICHMOND COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IS AN ACCESS POINT FOR UNDER INSURED AND FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED WHO WILL NOT BE TREATED AT THE FOR PROFIT HOSPITALS.
