PRE-DOCTORAL FELLOWSHIP: TO ENCOURAGE OUTSTANDING PRE-DOCTORAL STUDENTS, WHO HAVE COMPLETED AT LEAST THREE SEMESTERS OF GRADUATE STUDY AND HAVE NOT MORE THAN THREE AND A HALF YEARS REMAINING, TO CONTINUE THEIR STUDIES AND EARN THE PH.D. IN THE PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES AT A U.S. SCHOOL OR COLLEGE OF PHARMACY. AFPE GATEWAY TO RESEARCH AWARDS: THE PURPOSE OF THE AFPE GATEWAY RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIP IS TO PROVIDE PRE-PROFESSIONAL DEGREE PHARMACY STUDENTS OR BACCALAUREATE DEGREE STUDENTS A SCHOLARSHIP SUPPORTING THEIR PARTICIPATION IN A FACULTY-MENTORED RESEARCH PROJECT.
