IT IS OUR CONVICTION THAT ONLY THROUGH FREEDOM AND DEMOCRATIC REPRESENTATION OF PEOPLES WILL A LEGITIMATE WORLD AUTHORITY EVER BE POSSIBLE. THE SUSTAINABILITY OF ANY INSTITUTION CLAIMING INTERNATIONAL AUTHORITY WILL DEPEND ON ACCEPTANCE AND SUPPORT BY THE PEOPLES OF THE WORLD.
