TO PERFORM STUDIES, HOLD INTERNATIONAL SEMINARS AND SYMPOSIUMS, OPERATE PHYSICS AND SIMULATION AND MODELING RESEARCH LABORATORIES IN ORDER TO COMMERCIALIZE ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES.
