BRADLEY HOUSE INC IS A STATE OF VERMONT LICENSED LEVEL III RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME PROVIDING AFFORDABLE HOUSING AND DAILY SUPPORT SERVICES TO 28 ELDERS. THESE SUPPORT SERVICES ENABLE BRADLEY HOUSE TO ASSIST RESIDENTS IN MAINTAINING THEIR INDEPENDENCE WHILE THEY AGE IN PLACE. SERVICES INCLUDE ASSISTANCE WITH ACTIVITIES OF DAILY LIVING, MEDICATION MANAGEMENT, HEALTH MANAGEMENT AND OVERSIGHT BY A REGISTERED NURSE, NURTITIONALLY BALANCED MEALS, DAILY ACTIVITIES, AND TRANSPORTATION TO MEDICAL APPOINTMENTS.
