THE PARTNERSHIP FOR RENEWABLE ENERGY FINANCE (PREF) IS THE NATION'S MOST CREDIBLE EDUCATIONAL RESOURCE ON RENEWABLE ENERGY FINANCE. PREF MEMBERS FOCUS ON INCREASING CAPITAL FORMATION AND INVESTMENT IN RENEWABLE ENERGY THROUGH VARIOUS FORMS OF EDUCATION, ANALYSIS AND OUTREACH. 3.
