MEDIATION IS PROVIDED AT NO COST TO THE PARTICIPANTS. VOLUNTEER MEDIATORS ASSIST PARTIES IN RESOLVING THEIR DISPUTES.


THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED FREE TRAINING TO COUNTY RESIDENTS IN CONFLICT RESOLUTION SKILLS.


YOUTH PROGRAMS AND IN-SCHOOL MEDIATIONS AND COMMUNITY CONFERENCING WERE PROVIDED AT NO COST TO YOUTH INCLUDING THOSE FACED WITH SUSPENSION OR EXPULSION FROM SCHOOL OR PROCEEDINGS IN THE JUVENILE JUSTICE SYSTEM. DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION SERVED OVER 300 YOUTH AND FAMILY MEMBERS THROUGH COMMUNITY CONFERENCING WITH APPROXIMATELY 99% OF THE CASES RESULTING IN AGREEMENTS.
