LEADERSHIP AND CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM: CONSISTS OF DEVELOPING CULTURE-SPECIFIC EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, IMPLEMENTING GRASSROOTS TRAINING WORKSHOPS, CONVENING WOMEN'S LEADERSHIP AND CAPACITY BUILDING INSTITUTES IN THE COMMUNITY, CONDUCTING ONLINE DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES AND BUILDING THE CAPACITY OF LOCAL WOMEN'S RIGHTS ORGANIZATIONS.
