THE DC OPPORTUNITY SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM EXPANDS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES RESIDING IN THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA
DC YOUTH LINK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH REHABILITATION SVCS, DC YOUTH LINK LEVERAGES A COALITION OF COMMUNITY BASED ORGANIZATIONS TO PROVIDE SEAMLESS SYSTEM OF SUPPORT FOR COURT INVOLVED YOUTH, WHILE BUILDING UPON THEIR INDIVIDUAL AND COMMUNITY STRENGTHS TO ENHANCE PUBLIC SAFETY.
