THE FOUNDATION ENHANCES THE QUALITY AND LEVEL OF PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS OF INTERCITY BUS OPERATORS, AND CONDUCTS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPS EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO ENHANCE THE SAFETY AND EFFICIENCY OF THE INTERCITY BUS INDUSTRY.
