THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED THE EMAIL AND WEB PLATFORMS FOR THE WIDELY-READ DRUG WAR CHRONICLE NEWSLETTER, PUBLISHED AT THE WEB SITE HTTPS://STOPTHEDRUGWAR.ORG, PAYING THE FULL COST OF BOTH PLATFORMS IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE ORGANIZATION'S ABILITY TO REPORT ON ELECTED OFFICIALS AND CANDIDATES WHILE COMPLYING WITH IRS REGULATIONS.
