THE DC OFFICE OF EARLY CHILD DEVELOPMENT, NOW THE OFFICE OF STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION (OSSE) CREATED THE CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATIED TRAINING AND THE CDA ASSESSMENT SCHOLASHIP PROGRAM TO FUTHER ITS OBJUCTIVE TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION BY MAKING PREPARATION AND ASSESSMENT FEES AVAILABLE TO CHILD CARE PACTITIONERS LIVING OR WORKING IN THE DISTRICT CHILD CARE FACILITIES
