TO PROVIDE A CULTURALLY DIVERSE SENIOR ADULT DAY CARE SERVICE WHICH OFFERS THE MOSTCONTEMPORARY SOCIAL,MEDICAL AND RECREATIONAL PROGRAMS. WE FOCUS ON SERVING A BROAD POPULATION,INCLUDING THOSE CHALLENGED WITH VARYING DEGREES OF PHYSICAL AND/OR PSYCHO-SOCIAL IMPAIRMENT.

IN 2023 WE CONTINUED TO INCREASE OUR CENSUS THOUGH THE ADHP PROGRAM DID NOT RESUME. SINCE THE RESUMBTION OF DDS SERVICES IN OCOTBER OF 2022 SLOWLY CLIENTS STARTED COMING BACK TO THE PROGRAM. CONTINUED COVID-19 OUTBREAKS SLOWED THE CENCUS NUMBERS, BUT WE ARE ABLEOT ACHIVE AN INCREASE IN CENCUS WHEN COMPARED TO 2022. STILL WE ARE STILL ABOUT 60% FROM OUR PRE COVID-19 CENSUS. WE EXPCET TO CONTINUE TO INCREASE OUR CENSUS IN 2024.WE AGAIN PASSED PCR SURVEY WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS.
