BETHANY, INC. PARTICIPATES IN THE RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM WITH THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. THE RAPID REHOUSING PROGRAM ENCOMPASSES EXTERNAL CASE MANAGEMENT AND GOAL-SETTING WITH BARRIERS TO HOUSING BEING IDENTIFIED AND ADDRESSED WHILE FULL PAYMENT OF RENT IS PROVIDED TO BETHANY INC. DURING THE TWELVE-MONTH LEASE TERM. IN-HOUSE SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDE GROUP THERAPY SESSIONS, CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES AS WELL AS REFERRAL SERVICES TO OUTSIDE PROGRAMS. GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT IS EXPECTED AND MUST BE MAINTAINED. PERMANENT HOUSING GOALS ARE REVISITED AT THE END OF THE LEASE TERM AND DISCUSSIONS OF SELF SUFFICIENCY BECOME MORE CONCRETE.
