RISING LEADER TALENT ADVANCEMENT PROGRAMS: MLT HAS A COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO ADVANCING THE CAREERS OF DIVERSE TALENT ON THE PATH TO SENIOR LEADERSHIP. THE GOAL IS TO DEVELOP HIGH IMPACT SENIOR LEADERS WHO CAN TRANSFORM OUR COUNTRY'S INSTITUTIONS AND VULNERABLE COMMUNITIES. MLT'S MULTI-PRONGED APPROACH INCLUDES: THE CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM (CAP), A 12-MONTH PROGRAM DESIGNED TO KEEP HIGH POTENTIAL MID-CAREER PROFESSIONALS ON THE PATH TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT; ONGOING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT FOR MLT RISING LEADERS, AND SUPPORT FOR CORPORATE PARTNERS SEEKING TO IDENTIFY AND RECRUIT MLT TALENT FOR OPEN POSITIONS.


BLACK EQUITY AT WORK: MLT BLACK EQUITY AT WORK CERTIFICATION ESTABLISHES A CLEAR AND COMPREHENSIVE BLACK EQUITY STANDARD FOR EMPLOYERS.
