FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED FOR THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND SPOUSES OF DECEASED MEMBERS OF THE SPECIAL OPERATION UNITS OF THE ARMED FORCES AND FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROVIDED FOR THE WELFARE OF SEVERELY WOUNDED SPECIAL OPERATIONS PERSONNEL. GRANTS TO OTHER SPECIAL OPERATIONS TAX-EXEMPT CHARITIES THAT PROVIDE SCHOLARSHIPS AND SUPPORT.
