HEALTHY HOUSING REMEDIATION: YACHAD PROVIDES NO-COST COMPREHENSIVE HOME REMEDIATION SERVICES TO ADDRESS SUBSTANDARD HOUSING CONDITIONS FOR LOWER INCOME HOMEOWNERS IN DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA COMMUNITIES. THIS PROGRAM ADDRESS UNHEALTHY HOUSING CONDITIONS THAT IMPACT A FAMILY'S HEALTH. THE WORK ALSO BUILDS NEW WEALTH FOR HOMEOWNERS BY INCREASING A HOME'S EQUITY.
HEALTHY HOUSING VIRTUAL TELEHEALTH: YACHAD PROVIDES TELEHEALTH HOUSING INSPECTIONS FOR RENTERS AND LOWER INCOME HOMEOWNERS TO INSPECT HOUSING CONDITIONS THAT IMPACT FAMILY'S HEALTH. THE TELEHEALTH VISIT IS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CHILDREN'S NATIONAL HOSPITAL WHERE A TELEHEALTH MEDICAL VISIT IS ALSO PROVIDED.
