ADMINISTER AND GROW AN ENDOWMENT FUND CREATED FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING SCHOLARSHIPS, GRANTS AND EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS TO BENEFIT MEMBERS AND CANDIDATE MEMBERS OF THE ACF, AND OTHER PRACTICING FORESTERS.3.
