MAINTENANCE OF A FRAUDULANT COUPON DATABASE USED TO MAKE PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENTS REGARDING CURRENT AS WELL AS PAST FRAUDULANT COUPONS IN CIRCULATION. CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A SUSPECT COUPON TRACKER MOBILE PHONE APPLICATION.
