HIGHER ACHIEVEMENT OPERATES AFTER SCHOOL ACHIEVEMENT CENTERS IN THE DC METRO AREA, BALTIMORE AND RICHMOND THAT OFFER RIGOROUS ACADEMIC ENRICHMENT TO STUDENTS DURING THE MOST CRITICAL TIME IN A CHILD'S DEVELOPMENT: MIDDLE SCHOOL. CENTERS OPERATE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAMMING MULTIPLE DAYS A WEEK DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR. MIDDLE SCHOOL SCHOLARS ENROLL IN 5TH OR 6TH GRADE AND DEDICATE THREE TO FOUR YEARS AFTER SCHOOL TO STAY ON TRACK FOR HIGH SCHOOL AND POST-SECONDARY SUCCESS. HIGHER ACHIEVEMENT SUPPORTS THE GROWTH OF SCHOLARS' TALENT AND CONNECTS THEM WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND COLLEGE-PREPARATORY HIGH SCHOOL PROGRAMS.
