THE SAC CONTINUED TO WORK ON MANY ISSUES AFFECTING FUND STAFF. THESE INCLUDE: (I) COMPENSATION OF FUND STAFF; (II) REMOTE TELEWORK AND HYBRID OFFICE WORK; (III) VISA ISSUES (EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION FOR DEPENDENTS, GREEN CARDS FOR RETIREES, DIFFICULTIES OBTAINING VISAS); (IV) REFORM OF THE FUND'S DISPUTE RESOLUTION SYSTEM; (V) STAFF ENGAGEMENT SURVEY; AND (VI) HELPING STAFF MEMBERS WITH PROBLEMS WITH THEIR BENEFITS OR WORK CONDITIONS.
