THE FOUNDATION'S MISSION IS TO CONDUCT RESEARCH AND EDUCATION THAT CREATES KNOWLEDGE AND IDENTIFIES BUSINESS PRACTICES THAT IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY, SAFETY AND THE INTEGRITY OF THE HEALTHCARE SUPPLY CHAIN. TO PROVIDE THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TO FURTHER ENHANCE THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF THE HEALTHCARE SUPPLY CHAIN THROUGH FUTURE-FOCUSED STUDY AND PROGRAMMING.

HDA FACTBOOK (RESEARCH PROJECT): PROVIDES FOR THE ANNUAL COLLECTION AND ANALYSIS OF INDUSTRY DATA. THIS PROJECT INCLUDES THE PUBLICATION OF THE FACTBOOK, A COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL RESOURCE PUBLICATION DISTRIBUTED TO THE SUPPLY CHAIN COMPANIES AND THOSE WITH AN INTEREST IN BETTER UNDERSTANDING THE HEALTHCARE DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY.


SPECIALTY FACTS, FIGURES, & TRENDS (RESEARCH PROJECT): HIGHLIGHTS TRENDS FOUND IN THE SPECIALTY HEALTHCARE SECTOR AND SERVES AS AN INDUSTRY BENCHMARKING RESOURCE FOR INDUSTRY PARTICIPANTS, FINANCIAL ANALYSTS, ACADEMIA AND OTHERS WHO HAVE AN INTEREST IN UNDERSTANDING THE VARIOUS ASPECTS OF THIS GROWING MARKETPLACE. EACH FALL, A GROUP OF GRADUATE STUDNETS COLLABORATE WITH HDA DISTRIBUTOR AND MANUFACTURER MEMBERS ON TOP-OF-MIND INDUSTRY ISSUES, PROVIDING AN OPPORTUNITY TO LEARN ABOUT THE PHARMACEUTICAL SUPPLY CHAIN INDUSTRY.
