CONDUCT 10 SCHOLASTIC REGATTAS, WITH ENTRIES IN EXCESS OF 12,000 ATHLETES. CONDUCT VIRGINIA SCHOLASTIC CHAMPIONSHIPS WHICH PROVIDES COMPETITION OPPORTUNITIES TO ALL SCHOLASTIC TEAMS IN THE STATE AND IS A QUALIFIER FOR NATIONAL COMPETITIONS. PROVIDE THE COURSE INFRASTRUCTURE FOR COLLEGIATE AND MASTERS EVENTS.


COURSE MAINTENANCE: MAINTAIN THE 2000 METER ALBANO FULLY BUOYED 6 LANE RACE COURSE, START PLATFORM, STARTERS TOWER, ALIGNERS STATION, FINISH TOWER, LAUNCH AND RECOVERY DOCKS, ELECTRONIC START SYSTEM AND EXECTRONIC DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE SAFE CONDUCT AND TIMING OF REGATTAS.


REFEREE TRAINING AND SUPPORT; PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR REFEREES THROUGH OBSERVATION/TRAINING. PROVIDE LOGISTICAL SUPPORT FOR THEIR ATTENDANCE AT SUCH EVENTS AND ITEMS NECESSARY FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR DUTIES AT REGATTAS.
