RESIDENTAL PROGRAM - PROVIDED SAFE, CLEAN AND HEALTHY SETTINGS IN SINGLE FAMILY HOMES WITHIN COMMUNITY NEIGHBORHOODS, WITH STAFF SUPERVISION AVAILABLE UP TO 24 HOURS PER DAY.


DAY REHABILITATION - PROVIDED BASIC VOCATIONAL SKILLS AND TRAINING TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, TO ASSIST THEM IN IMPROVING THEIR EARNING POTENTIAL THUS MAXIMIZING THEIR WAGES


SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT - PROVIDED SUPPORT SUCH AS TRAINING, JOB COACHING, AND PROCUREMENT OF JOBS, TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DISABILITIES, TO ASSIST THEM IN WORKING AS INDEPENDENTLY AS POSSIBLE IN LOCAL BUSINESSES.


INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT SERVICES/ CSLA/ & LOW INTENSITY SUPPORT SERVICES - PROVIDED IN HOME SUPPORT TO INCREASE INDEPENDENT LIVING SKILLS FOR INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES. ALSO PROVIDED ONE TIME ONLY ASSISTANCE TO INDIVIDUALS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES FOR ITEMS NOT OTHERWISE COVERED IN THE INDIVIDUALS' BENEFITS OR GOVERNMENT FUNDED PROGRAMS.
