SCHOOL: BUTLER MONTESSORI IS A SCHOOL WHICH EMBODIES THE EDUCATIONAL PRINCIPLES ESTABLISHED BY DR. MARIA MONTESSORI. THE SCHOOL, SERVING CHILDREN SIX WEEKS THROUGH NINTH GRADE, PROVIDES AN EXPERIENTIAL AND INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH TO THE STUDY OF: BIOLOGY, GEOGRAPHY, PHYSICS & OTHER SCIENCES; MATHEMATICS & GEOMETRY; HISTORY; LANGUAGE; ART; AND MUSIC. THEMONTESSORI CLASSROOM AND CURRICULUM ARE DESIGNED TO MEET THE SPECIFIC NEEDS OF EACH DEVELOPMENTAL STAGE.
