PROGRESSIVE LIFE CENTER: THE CENTER SERVES AS THE CAPACITY BUILDING PARTNER FOR PROGRESSIVE LIFE CENTER (PLC) IN SUPPORT OF PLC'S OVERALL PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA'S DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH REHABILITATION SERVICES (DYRS). THE CENTER PROVIDES TRAINING, TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE AND COACHING TO NONPROFIT ORGANIZATIONS AND COMMUNITY LEADERS THAT RECEIVE GRANT FUNDING TO OFFER PROGRAMMING INCLUDING EDUCATION AND CAREER TRAINING.
