THE FOUNDATION'S PRIMARY EXEMPT PURPOSE IS TO PERFORM NON PARTISAN RESEARCH, STUDY AND ANALYSIS ON WASTE AND INEFFICIENCY IN GOVERNMENT AND TO CONDUCT EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE ON WAYS TO REDUCE GOVERNMENT SPENDING AND TAXES, AND TO ENGAGE IN PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION OF PRECEDENTIAL BENEFIT TO TAXPAYERS.
