TO IDENTIFY ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LIVING IN SUBSTANDARD HOUSING IN THE COMMUNITY. THIS INCLUDES EXCESSIVE RENT COST, UTILITIES, LACK OF ADEQUATE HEATING, AIR-CONDITIONING, POOR INSULATION, VENTILATION, OR OVER-CROWDING. TO INFORM AND EDUCATE THESE INDIVIDUALS WHO WOULD BENEFIT FROM OUR LOW COST APARTMENT RENTAL PROGRAM. TO ENSURE THAT ALL OF OUR TENANTS LIVE IN SAFE AND SANITARY CONDITIONS, AND TO ENABLE THEM TO LIVE A MORE COMFORTABLE AND SECURE LIFESTYLE IN THEIR LATER YEARS.
