CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO PAY WEEKLY RENT OF 100 WHILE STAYING AT THE MANN HOUSE. THIS REQUIRES RESIDENTS TO GET A JOB AND DEVELOP LIFE SKILLS THEY WILL REQUIRE ONCE THEY LEAVE THE PROGRAM.
