EMPLOYMENT AND CAREER SERVICES - SUPPORTS JOB SEEKERS TO BUILD CAREERS OF THEIR CHOICE BASED UPON A PERSON-CENTERED DISCOVERY AND JOB SKILLS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS THAT LEADS TO IDEAL JOB MATCHES IN COMPETITIVE JOBS WITH AREA EMPLOYERS.
