TALBOT POST 70 OF THE AMERICAN LEGION OPERATES SLOT MACHINES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND THROUGH ITS OFFICE OF THE COMPTROLLER. THE POST HAS DONATD MORE HALF OF ITS SLOT MACHINE RECEIPTS TO NUMEROUS QUALIFIED ORGANIZATIONS IN THE COMMUNITY, STATE AND NATION INCLUDING AFTER-SCHOOL PROGRAMS, EMERGENCY RESPONDERS, CHURCHES, SENIOR SERVICES, HOSPICE, VETERANS' HOSPITALS AND MEDICAL RESEARCH.
