THE MUSEUM OPENED TO THE PUBLIC IN MAY 2005. THE MUSEUM INCURS EXPENSES TO OPERATE THE MUSEUM, MAINTAIN THE AIRCRAFT, PROVIDE PUBLIC APPEARANCES FOR AIRCRAFT IN FLYING CONDITION, AND PROMOTE ATTENDANCE AND EXISTENCE OF THE MUSEUM.
