YOUTH SERVICES -BRCDC PROVIDES YOUTH TRAINING AND ACTIVITIES TO BUILD TEEN LEADERS THROUGH ITS BLOC ACADEMY, YOUTH RETREATS AND FREE SUMMER ACTIVITIES FOR YOUTH THROUGH ITS PRAISE SUMMER CAMP.
TRANSITIONAL HOUSING -THE LAZARUS HOUSE AND ESTHER PLACE OFFER LONG-TERM TRANSITIONAL HOUSING AND SOCIAL SERVICES IN A COOPERATIVE LIVING ENVIRONMENT. THE LAZARUS HOUSE PROVIDES SERVICES FOR MEN, WHILE ESTHER PLACE IS FOR WOMEN AND CHILDREN.
AFFORDABLE HOUSING -SOLOMON'S COURT PROVIDES 18 AFFORDABLE AND ACCESSIBLE 1 AND 2 BEDROOM APARTMENTS AND COMMERCIAL SPACE FOR SMALL BUSINESSES FOR WHICH TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED FOR SMALL BUSINESSES.
OTHER - PROGRAMS FOR LOCAL COMMUNITIES TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE FOR THE HOMELESS PRIMARILY THROUGH FOOD AND CLOTHING PROGRAMS, EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AND JOB TRAINING. DURING 2020, THIS PROGRAM INCLUDED COMMUNITY COVID-19 RESPONSE EFFORTS.
