COORDINATE THE DELIVERY OF EXISTING HEALTH,SOCIAL, EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER SUPPORT SERVICES WITHIN THE EAST END COMMUNITY OF FAYETTE COUNTY. THIS INCLUDES AN OUT-OF-SCHOOL TIME PROGRAM TO ENHANCE EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND TO RECOGNIZE ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT.
