MAINTENANCE OF ARTIFACTS CONTAINED IN BARTOW-PELL MANSION AS WELL AS MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION OF BARTOW-PELL MUSEUM AND GARDENS DESIGNATED AS A LANDMARK. THE SITE IS UTILIZED TO PROVIDE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PUBLIC, INCLUDING TOURS OF THE MANSION MUSEUM AND EDUCATIONAL LECTURES.
