OUR COLLABORATIVE MODEL OF CHILD, FAMILY, AND EDUCATOR ENGAGEMENT DELIVERS SIGNIFICANT AND LASTING GAINS IN ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT. SCHOOL, LEGISLATIVE AND PHILANTHROPIC SPONSORS ENABLE WATERFORD UPSTART, OUR AT-HOME, KINDERGARTEN READINESS PROGRAM, TO PREPARE FOUR- AND FIVE-YEAR OLD CHILDREN FOR SCHOOL.
