CIRS PATHWAYS INITIATIVE BROUGHT TOGETHER TWO COHORTS- AN UNDERGRADUATE STUDENT COHORT FROM FOUR CHICAGO AREA UNIVERSITIES (UIC, DEPAUL, LOYOLA, NEIU)AND A COHORT OF EMERGING EVALUATORS ALREADY EMPLOYED, WHO WERE INTRODUCED TO CULTURALLY RESPONSIVE AND EQUITY FOCUSED EVALUATION, DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS THROUGH DIRECT INSTRUCTION, EVALUATION, PRACTICUMS, AND ONE-ON-ONE MENTORING IN THEIR AGENCIES.
