THE VILLAGE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ENDOWMENT TRUST, INC. IS A CHARITABLE FOUNDATION FORMED FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE VILLAGE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (USA) AND ITS VARIOUS MISSIONS. IT IS MANAGED BY A BOARD OF TRUSTEES, WHICH IS INDEPENDENT OF THE MANAGEMENT OF THE VILLAGE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH (USA).

THE ENDOWMENT TRUST MAKES GRANTS TO VILLAGE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH. THOSE FUNDS ARE USED BY THE CHURCH TO SUPPORT ITS OPERATIONS AND SPECIFIC PROGRAMING ACTIVITIES, INCLUDING ITS FOOD PANTRY; WORSHIP AND MUSIC PROGRAMS; ADULT, YOUTH AND CHILDREN PROGRAMS; YOUTH MISSION PROJECTS; AND EDUCATIONAL SEMINARS. THE CHURCH'S OPERATING EXPENSES INCLUDED GRANTS AND CONTRIBUTIONS TO VARIOUS RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS IN THE KANSAS CITY AREA AND INTERNATIONALLY, INCLUDING HABITAT FOR HUMANITY AND FRONT PORCH ALLIANCE KANSAS CITY, INC.
